But both above and below two round cavities have been left empty which house two other “independent” diamonds (both brilliant cut) and detached from the rest (except for two thin lines in white gold)

In fact, in the center we find three colored stones, all of marquise cut and two diamonds, positioned in this order: the ruby, the first diamond, the sapphire, the second diamond and the emerald; all five stones are held within thick edged yellow gold bezels. The stem, placed slightly lower, is directly connected to this central decoration. The whole is in 14K
