Nucleo X Orange neutral mild cheesesNucleo X Orange is an orange wine from Umbria, made entirely from Trebbiano grapes grown on clay soils near Lake Trasimeno at 550 meters above sea level. The grapes are harvested at the end of September and undergo spontaneous fermentation with four days of skin contact, followed by six months of aging in steel tanks. No chemical agents are used, and the wine is left unfiltered with no added sulphites, making it suitable for vegans. Created by
