Unusually for a redcurrant, Junifer will carry fruit on both this and last years wood. The fruit is tasty, although the flavour is not as strong as Rovada, and the plants are very high yielding. The 2ltr plants are, on average, a year older than 9cm potted varieties and due to the larger pot, the roots have more room to grow and
