Orange Manuel fruity The wine is fermented andOrange Manuel from Domaine Nvice is a skin contact wine made from Savagnin grown in Poligny, Jura. The grapes come from two vineyards, including Saint Savin, where Yves Roy has revived 120 year old vines. To craft this cuve, half the harvest undergoes a three week maceration with whole bunches, while the other half is direct pressed. The wine is then aged over two winters in large 500 liter foudres, bottled without filtration, fining, or added sulfur.
