Hand made throughout from 18ct yellow gold with the diamonds set in silver as per the method commonly used in vintage and antique jewellery and bezel set to the centre with a large 14mm x 10mm faceted oval natural Amethyst. Surrounding the deeply saturated Amethyst in halo style are 27 rose cut diamonds (and one round brilliant cut diamond) to a low rise gallery in 18ct
