British Industries Fair G&BArts promotional poster for The KingA master of flat colour representation, Tom Purvis used just two colours to create this striking poster of Britannia for the 1932 British Industries Fair. It was the first of several posters he designed for the BIF during the 1930s, all of which were widely admired by contemporary reviewers.
