Simply screw off the 55mm rose on the exiting furniture. Then this 65mm adaptor will just screw onto the existing rose. Privacy are a pull off then push on plate secured by a grub screw, so make sure the right ones are ordered. The kit comes with back plates which fit over the hole on your door.
