Lime smoked with only a very smallKolnia 52 Lime is a Hungarian white blend of Riesling and Furmint, shaped by the volcanic basalt soils of the Balaton area. The Riesling comes from Raposka on Szent Gyrgy Hill, while the Furmint comes from an organic vineyard on Sg Hill, giving the wine both floral notes and a firm, mineral line. This is the first release of the cuve. The grapes are pressed directly, fermented together, and aged on the lees in large barrels and a small amphora. The
