for the lead Hope Harcourt in a professional 1980s production of Cole Porter’s musical Anything Goes (I looked it up and it was the Prince Edward Theatre I think

and an ‘I Love London’ embroidered badge to sleeve - typical of the period

Could be worn in a number of ways (currently no elastic), a very pretty and elegant headdress! Measures: Headdress approx 16. 5 end to end. Flower section approx 1 deep. Condition: Good.
